My wife Mildred suffered from advance stages of Alzheimer’s and needed assistance with her everyday needs. I had been utilizing an agency in which the caregiver’s were wonderful, but I was not happy with their administrative process. For example, if a caregiver was unable to make the scheduled appointment for services no one would contact me to let me know and a replacement would show unexpectedly, in which I would have to go over the whole routine with the caregiver. In addition, there were also ongoing billing issues. When I contacted their billing office to discuss the problem, I was always directed to someone new and my phone calls would go unanswered. At one point, I requested a meeting to have a representative come to my home to discuss my billing issues. Not only was the individual a no show, but no one called to say they were unable to make the appointment. Just when I felt I was at my wits end, my cleaning lady referred me to Senior Solutions of the Treasure Coast, and I have been extremely pleased ever since! The transition to Senior Solutions has been a smooth and pleasant experience. Moreover, I had consistent caring caregivers taking care of Mildred. If a caregiver could not make it, I always received ample notice by telephone from the agency. If one of my regular caregiver’s were unavailable, Linda Marques, the owner of the agency would personally introduce the new caregiver and she herself would show them the routine. Senior Solutions goes above and beyond just being any other agency. After the untimely passing of my beloved Mildred, I myself suffered a fall and continue to utilize the agency daily. The administrative staff always makes me feel as though I am part of the Senior Solutions extended family. They visited me in the hospital, recognized my birthday and on holidays I get a visit in person or a festive telephone call. I only wish I had found this agency sooner!

Arthur and I found Senior Solutions in December, 2005 and have been part of the family ever since. Being seasonal clients Senior Solutions prepares our house for our winter return and even provides transportation to and from the airport. Linda Marques the owner, opens her home on Thanksgiving and Chirstmas which Arthur and I attend and enjoy wonderful gatherings. When my husband was hospitalized for three days Linda herself opened her home and took care of me like i was part of her family. I cannot express enough how Senior Solutions has gone above and beyond overseeing our care and making sure of our safety in our home. Both Arthur and I agree Linda is like a daughter and her office staff and caregivers are like extended family. Surely Senior Solutions knows how to make "seniors smile!"

I heard a knock on the door, when I opened the door I heard a caring voice say "I'm here to help". I responded "Come on in!" and it has been terrific ever since. Everything about this agency is terrific! They do it all! They organized my whole household while working very closely with my family. They provide my medication management, take me to church, the barbershop, the cleaners, cook for me as well as accompany me while I go out for my meals. I am thoroughly enjoying the time I spend with each of my caregivers. I could not ask for a better agency and they truly mean "taking care of yours as if they were ours". Our dad had suffered a stroke in 2007 and was hospitalized.  Upon discharge, Case Management suggested that we place dad in a nursing home.  A nursing home was not an option for our father.   We called one other agency and then we called Senior Solutions.  That was the last call we needed to make because Senior Solutions had all the right answers.

Senior Solutions is like our extended family.  Dad’s caregiver, Audrey, gives us peace of mind when we are not able to be with him.    My brothers and I agree that Audrey is the face of Senior Solutions.   She is very in-tuned with our father.  Dad has told us that he trusts her and the other caregivers.  We couldn’t ask for more.  Senior Solutions accommodates even our last minute phone calls.  We enjoy visiting the office knowing that we are always welcomed with warm smiles and the staff is never too busy for a friendly chat.  You are truly exceptional!

Nick and I spent 25 fun filled years together.  We traveled across the country playing golf, sight seeing and visiting friends.  So naturally, when I became ill in June of 2008, he only wanted the best possible care for me at home.  He visited Senior Solutions on several occasions to be sure that he found the right agency.  From the moment they entered my home, Senior Solutions knew just what to do.  The caregivers were skilled, knowledgeable and highly efficient in their every day tasks.  They prepared all of my meals, drove me to my appointments and kept my house immaculate all the while treating me with the utmost respect.  Little did anyone know that my darling Nick would become a client as well and require the same assistance that I received from the caregivers.  Even with us becoming a 2 client case, it was a stress-free transition as Senior Solutions was able to provide us with the same caregivers who allowed for continuity and familiarity.  This was the comfort that Nick and I so dearly deserved.

After 25 years together, Nick and I decided to tie the knot on August 8, 2009.  Our extended family, Senior Solutions, was an unforgettable part of this occasion.  They provided us with a beautiful arrangement of flowers as well as video taping the ceremony and reception.  Although my beloved passed on, I continue to utilize the services of Senior Solutions with a full-time live-in caregiver whom I love dearly.  Senior Solutions will forever be a part of my life.
