Certified Nurses Aide / Home Health Aide Care
- Our main focus is on our Client's personal care and needs.
- Assist with personal care, such as bathing, toileting, transferring, feeding, dressing, skin care, oral care and hair care, etc.
- Assist with prescribed range-of-motion (ROM) exercises.
- Assist with the use of devices for ambulation such as wheelchairs, hoyer lift and walkers.
- Assist with the change of a colostomy bag, reinforcement of dressing.
- Meal planning/Prepare and serve meals also including special diets.
- Measure intake and output of fluids.
- Measure temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Live-Ins.
- Assess Client's home for safety and improvements.
- Maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment, which may include light cleaning, straightening, dishes, making beds and laundry.
- Clean and organize refrigerator & pantry, discarding expired foods.
- Provide transportation and assistance for shopping, appointments, etc.
- Assist with prescribed ice cap and collar.
- Observe appearance and report gross behavioral changes in the Client to the Nurse Registry Administration.
